Funds will be used to purchase art supplies so over 100 students can study the work of world-renown cultural artists and then create multicultural art pieces themselves. These are experiences that would not normally be available to them in their daily lives. |

Funds will be used to aid in the cost of creating an original art piece to be installed in front of the new Whittier Police Station to honor those who have fallen in the line of duty and those who continue to serve the Whittier community on a daily basis. |

Funds will be used for the “Arts Alive” program in which four schools (California, La Serna, Whittier and Sierra Vista High Schools) attend a field trips each and one school (Sierra Vista High School) each to art museums and musical/theatre productions.
